Feedback Policy

The SSD College Barnala keeps the quality of the teaching and learning process high by using a planned feedback system from all the different parties involved. This makes sure that the academic building is always getting better. The people who have a stake in the learning process are very important in judging and improving its quality. All in all, what are the three ideas you'd like to make to make the whole program at the college better?

The feedback is meant to include the following for different stake holders.

  • Students : It talks about things like whether the course fits to the requirements of the students, what the course teaches, how the course content relates to related readings, how readily available readings are in relation to the course, how the course is evaluated, how it is taught, and so on.
  • Teachers : The feedback talks about things like how well the course fits the needs of the students, what the course teaches, how the course material relates to other materials, how easy it is to find materials that go with the course, how the course is taught, how it is evaluated, and other things.
  • Employers : IT covers things like general communication, coming up with solutions to real-life problems, working as a team, leadership tasks, creative solutions to problems, planning skills, being able to get a job, and things like gender equality at work that are taught in school.
  • Alumni : It wants to know if the course curriculum is good enough, if the material of the textbook meets current professional standards, and if the curriculum is designed in a way that helps students learn how to learn on their own and solve problems.

According to the Institutions, the following steps have been taken to reach the above goals:

  • Get feedback from its Stakeholders every six months through the Placement Cell and the Student Council to keep an eye on it and judge how well it's doing.
  • Some of the things that might be talked about in the comments are whether or not the course material is sufficient, whether or not the content of the schedule meets current professional standards, and how the program is designed to help students improve their ability to learn on their own and solve problems.
  • The feedback report needs to be given to the Principal and IQAC so they can look it over.
  • Based on the analysis and instructions given by the institution's principal and the IQAC, the department in question will do what it needs to do to address the concerns made by the stakeholders and give a report on what it did.
